DELIVERY TERMS
Order confirmation
When we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail shortly with information about your order. Always check your order confirmation and contact us directly if something is wrong.
If you do not receive an order confirmation, first check your junk mail and contact us if the order confirmation did not end up there.
If you wish to change an order afterwards, contact us as soon as you can with your question and we'll see if we can help you!
Normally we have all goods in stock for direct delivery, should anything be out of stock, contrary to expectations, we will email you about this.
Shipping
We send all goods with Postnord.
We currently offer two shipping options of Standard SEK 59 and Express SEK 79
We also ship abroad for the same prices.
When we have sent the package, you will receive an email notifying you that the package has been sent. To track your package, download Postnord's App.
Packages sent with Postnord remain at the delivery point for 7 days. Should the package not be picked up within these 7 days, the package will be returned to us.
Package not collected
If you do not collect your package from the agent, you will be charged SEK 200.
Shipping price
The very lightest products can be sent as letters, under 100g it costs SEK 59 and the shipping price then increases with the weight of the products. There is always a shipping option that costs a maximum of SEK 79.
Postal coded
Small and light orders are sent as letters and in most cases delivered directly to your home in the mailbox. If the letters are bulky, you may need to pick up the letter from your post office, you will then receive a notification via SMS or letter. Heavier and bulkier goods are sent as parcels with Postnord and picked up at any postal agent of your choice
Delivery time
Orders are normally shipped the same day or the first weekday after the order is placed.
Delivery times with Postnord can vary somewhat depending on where in the country you live. To southern Sweden, the package is usually delivered the day after we send it, to the northernmost parts of the country it may take a few extra days.
Letters sent by Posten are normally delivered the first weekday after the letter has been sent.
Packages to post offices can now also be delivered on Saturdays in metropolitan regions.
This also applies to outside Sweden.
The delivery time with Postnord can vary depending on outside Sweden, for example to EU countries or outside Europe. In these parts of the country it can take even longer than in Sweden.
Delivery can take approximately 5-7 days to receive your package depending on which country you are sending to.
Delay in delivery
Although we always do our best to deliver what has been ordered in the promised time, mistakes can happen. If the delivery is delayed from what has been promised, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can investigate why the delivery is delayed.
Transport and damaged goods
We always take full responsibility for shipping to your home. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us and we will find a solution. If the right of withdrawal is used, you as the customer are responsible for contacting us and explaining.
When you receive your package, it is important that you check early on that all the goods are intact. We would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible if something is damaged so that we can resolve the situation for you. We want you to contact us about any transport damage no later than one week after you have received your package.
PAYMENT TERMS
By ordering goods on Kitxha.com, you accept the general terms and conditions. The agreement is drawn up at the same time as your order is accepted. By law, you must be over 18 to make a card payment on Kitxha.com
SALE/Offers
At the moment, Kitxha.com does not offer any Sale or Offer yet. This is a developed website, which means that in the future there will be sales and offers.
Prices
All prices on Kitxha.com are stated in SEK, including VAT. Thus, there is currency exchange to know the country's currency. A shipping cost is added to your order.
Payment
We use Card Payment, Paypal and Klarna as payment intermediaries and offer invoice payment (no invoice fee), partial payment, card payment and direct payment via bank as well as other payment methods that Klarna offers in its checkout.
RIGHT OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Right of withdrawal and Open purchase
At the moment, Kitxha.com does not offer a right of withdrawal or open purchase. All the goods available are handmade and unique, this is what we offer our customers. In the future, you will be able to have the right of withdrawal and open purchase.
Return shipping
At the moment Kitxha.com does not offer return shipping, but soon there will be a return shipping offer.
Complaints
We always do our utmost to ensure that you receive the highest quality goods, but sometimes things can go wrong.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email at Support@Kitxha.com and we will help you resolve the issue.
Refund
At the moment, Kitxha.com does not offer a refund option, this is because all goods are handmade and unique, which means that you should be sure of what you order.
